I have had the pleasure of knowing Laurie for the past two years.  When I decided to sell my fifty year old barn that I had totally remodeled into a one bedroom one bath home that sits on eleven acres in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico The property has been in my family for fifty two years. There was a lot of personal attachment involved, It is were I grew up. so as you can imagine I needed a realtor that would not only handle the sell , but would keep the Integrity of the property in tack with the new owners. 
Shortly after I listed the property with Laurie my summer job takes me to Alaska for months . There was a lot of clean up on the property to have done, to have the property ready to sell. Laurie not only lined up contractors for property clean up, the barn also needed new stucco, the well was very out dated, nothing was up to code, the septic system that my mother put in was never permitted, this also had to brought up to New Mexico standard. Laurie not only dealt with the contractors involved, but took total charge of what had to be accomplished. All the way down to the inspectors. Keeping me informed with every aspect of the job. In a very short time the property was ready to sell thanks to her! This very comforting to know when you're 3500 miles from home. Laurie brought me solid buyer within a very short time . I would highly recommend Laurie to anyone. On a personal note she 
always handles everything in a very professional level keeping her fiduciary responsibility to the seller.
