Brent is a multi-faceted Colorado, New Mexico, & Wyoming licensed agent with experience gathered in the sale of farms, cattle and hunting ranches, recreational land, river/creek frontage tracts, National Forest, BLM and State in-holdings, income-producing resorts and RV parks, second homes/retreats, 1031 exchanges, conservation easements and properties containing water and mineral rights.  He maintains an affinity for the land, wildlife and resources that make each property unique.
